Role Overview: Doll Authority, a leading innovator in the realm of interactive sex dolls, is seeking a Sex Doll Product Tester and AI Trainer. This unique role combines traditional product testing with the cutting-edge field of AI, contributing to the development of our AI dolls that remember and engage in meaningful conversations based on past interactions.

You will be mostly working with our leadership (based in New York) and engineering/design team in Asia and Europe. We will be selecting one candidate per region - US, UK and the EU. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed testing of various sex dolls to assess product quality, functionality, and durability.
• Utilize and enhance our AI technology to improve the interactive capabilities of our dolls, focusing on conversation and memory retention.
• Provide thorough feedback and actionable insights to our product development teams in Asia and Europe to aid in product enhancement.
• Document test results and contribute to product documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine product features and AI interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear, structured feedback.
• A background in product testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and interactive technologies.
• Ability to handle sensitive content discreetly and professionally.
